Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide Nottingham slots was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.

You're going to love it there, there's disabled access to the casino. food and drinks is available aswell. And security is 24hrs also there's lots of space for parking.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham after a day at the cricket. The staff were very accommodating and informative, the room and the hotel is kept well. Nice comfy bed and excellent breakfast Jeni was most helpful and made it a lovely experience. Thanks all.

Wrecked the vibe to be perfectly honest as we was super tiered and could have done with a nap before enjoying the rest of our night. We was really annoyed and not one staff member had the decency to even apologise for the delay. We both decided to leave and just go back home by 9pm the same evening. Very poor experience and a complete waste of money.

Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were pelo additional notes of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave no choice having had no reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.

I accept that there's a lot of construction around and it must be impossible to keep them clean, but they really shouldn't be charging extra for a view when it doesn't exist. I also had quite a few problems with the TV giving error messages and being extremely slow. The bed was comfy though and I slept well; there was no noise. If you're looking just for a room to sleep in for the night and you can get it cheaply, I'd recommend the Hyatt; unfortunately though you don't get much more than that. I don't think I'll be staying again.

The cricket itself was definitely not a priority for the organisers. It was not a horrible day. Do it once but think hard about spending that kind of money again when the hosts don't mind much about the cricket, just your money

Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!

Merchant City is a popular area for nightlife in Glasgow, with several casinos located within a short distance of each other. Accessibility options vary by location, but many offer wheelchair access and disabled facilities.

Movie had started so found seats in the dark and watched. Within an hour the movie was over!! We checked our tickets and had been put onto the 17.30 showing. Management were very accommodating and refunded our tickets and the part of the film we saw was very good. Looking forward to watching in full sometime ????

Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!

I contacted the Hyatt in Birmingham where they had booked in and asked for them to put a bottle of prosecco and chocolates on arrival in their room for when they checked in.

Friday they checked in, she never mentioned anything to me. So I left it until the day after, she still didn't mention anything, so I asked her, did she have anything in her room?

There didn't seem to be much staff for a busy half term weekend either and needed better planning and yet this was in the evening so I dread to think what earlier in the day was like.
